Things you should know

• Colours – The actual fabric and lace colours may vary to those shown on this website due to photographic processes or your individual computer display settings.
• Flaws – Many of our products are hand made and/or have hand made details on them. From time to time there may appear to be minor defects or faults. Where possible, these will be looked for and pointed out prior to shipping.
• Non-supply – Norwood Sewing Centre shall not be liable in damages to the Buyer for the non-supply of goods which are the subject of a purchase order predating any determination or delivery.
• Price Changes – Norwood Sewing Centre reserves the right to change product price or availability of any product or service without notice or penalty.
• Quantities – Where the ‘measure’ is metre, quantities can be in increments of 10cm with a minimum length of 50cm.
• Piece Pricing – Where the ‘measure’ is piece, it cannot be cut and will only be sold as a complete length.
• Payment – All payments must be made to Norwood Sewing Centre before shipment.
• Returns/Cancellations – Once the order has been shipped, the Buyer accepts that they have relinquished any right to cancel the order or return the Goods. Once a fabric has been cut, the order can not be returned, refunded or cancelled.

Delivery

• Damage – Norwood Sewing Centre will not be liable for any damage or loss to product in transit and the Buyer is responsible for insuring all product while in transit. The Buyer hereby indemnifies Norwood Sewing Centre against any claim made by a third party in respect of any such loss or damage.
• Freight – Prices shown are exclusive of freight. The cost of freight will be added to the total amount owing for the purchase of materials.
